Foam pits and Thanks
T-day is coming and how do we celebrate???
So as we approach Thanksgiving, I always get psyched. Mostly because I get to spend a week with my family playing in the mountains. We have been going to Winter Park for the past five or so years over the holiday and skiing and playing. The turkey is for sure the least important thing, but it's a great vehicle for the gathering. We mostly just have fun, and this year will be the same, but different. Me and the kids are heading up a day early so we can head to Copper and use the foam pit at the Barn to perfect, or learn, our tricks for the year. I've never jumped into a pit, but it looks really fun, and who wouldn't want to do that?! Both kids are super psyched to give it a go, and I have to admit, Im the most giddy with the prospect. Ever since I saw Travis Pastrana jump his motorcycle into one, I've wanted to do it and this just looks to fun to pass up. We head up next week for the week and I'll post some pics after we get done. The snow has come, but its been really warm all week, so Im not holding out much in the way of hope for some rad skiing, but it is still skiing right?
Have a fantastic Thanksgiving and remember to hug the ones your thankful for.
Peace,
c
